National support for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE), endorses CBT as an approved treatment for depression/ bipolar disorder, anxiety, phobias, PTSD, substance misuse and more.

Much scientific evidence supports the effectiveness of CBT. I have seen CBT work time and time again in my clinical practice.
